$150.00 provides support to prepare hot meals for 150 women and children, our current lunchtime population.

$100.00 provides a one month supply of personal hygiene products such as toilet paper, sanitary pads, tampons, shampoo and conditioner.

$70.00 buys one large bag of powdered milk, which lasts about two months (when combined with donations of liquid milk received from The Food Bank).
